We needed all of our water lines replaced in our basement. We own a two family home and knew this was going to be a big job and wanted to find a reliable plumber to help. Boy are we glad we found Shawn and Son Plumbing! Shawn and his son Shawn Jr. were so professional and kind, explained everything in detail and how they were going to do it. Our stress was immediately put at ease. I really enjoyed having them work at our house. Great at their craft and most importantly GREAT people. I highly recommend Shawn and Son Plumbing, LLC as when we had a clogged toilet issue and called this company, we spoke with Shawn right away and he was very professional and helpful over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out within two days. He even came a day earlier since he had a cancellation and it worked with our schedule. I asked him many questions and he let me know each step he was taking, gave great advice to help us prevent issues in the future, and he was very knowledgeable. Had several leak issues in both our bathrooms. After getting several quotes we went with Shawn and Sons and glad we did. Shawn was incredibly thorough, explained things in a matter that we could understand, and was here when he said he would be. Sean has great communication skills as well as the ability to get the job done. Would recommend and will use again in the future if any needs arise.
